Dave and the peewit in my sculpture mad garden

Five years ago I found myself unable to access my own blog but by some mysterious process I can again. This is my dog and my peewit aka lapwing in my garden. Decades ago there used to be large flocks of peewits in Wiltshire but alas no more. They had a haunting cry, As a schoolboy I rescued an injured peewit and released it back with a large flock when it had recovered.
